In the House of Commons to day, the consideration of the Irish Coercion Bill in Committee of the whole, was concluded, and the Bill reported to the House. The third reading of the Measure is expected to bo completed without delay. Feb. 22. Parnell Denonced. Mr McCabe, formerly editor of a Catholic paper in Ireland, and at present contributor to several reviews, issued a letter, iu which he stigmatises the alliance between Parnell and Rochefort as impious, and says that the Catholic party can feel no confidence in Parnell.
