TIMAIIU—THIS DAY. (Before R. Beetham, Esq., R.M.) CIVIL CASES. In the following cases Judgment was given for the plaintiff with costs : Bruce v Buchanan. £8 12s 2d ; same v. Hedderwick, £7 7s 7d; Woollcombe and Clulee v. J. J. Connor, £35 Gs 4d ; Johnstone v. M. Seyb, £72 17s 9d. White and another v. Henry Green, £69 6s 2d. Mr Jameson represented Lis own firm, and Mr Hamersley for the defendant. £56 being admitted by the defendant judgment was given for£l3 6s 2d, White and others v. H. Green and others, £SO 4s 2d. Judgment for plaintiff for £47 4s 2d. Judgment was given in the following cases, heard on Feb. 8, for plaintiff with costs : — Fyfe v E. Mitchell, £G 18s 6d —£3 and costs of Court; Same vD. Mitchell, £4 18s ; Same v. A. Ormsby, £5 18s. T. T. Brownell v. N. Murphy, claim £34 8s sd, for timber sold and delivered. Mr Reid for plaintiff ; Mr Jameson for defendant. A portion of the account was admitted. Judgment for the plaintiff with costs. R. Wood v, Whittaker, £4 Is. Mr Austin for plaintiff. After the hearing of the evidence the plaintiff elected to accept a nonsuit. The Court then adjourned.
