At the R.M. Court this morning, before R. Beetham Esq., 11. M. Richard Cox, a laboring man was charged with being drunk and disorderly, and with indecent exposure at the Pleasant Point Railway Station yesterday evening. The Timaru train was standing at tbe platform at the time, and Constable Stanley who arrested the man, described bis appearance as disgraceful. He was lined 3s for being drunk, and i O.s for the indecent exposure. There will be but a short sitting of the District Court this month. The cause list shows only one civil case (and this will probably be withdrawn), and two applications in bankruptcy.
