DUNEDIN CRIMINAL SESSIONS.

THIS DAY. [Before His Honor Judge Williams.] At the Supreme Court the following sentences were parsed:—John Gately, larceny, three years ; Ilobert Muir, forgery, eighteen months; William Adams, forgery, four years. John Connel, for larceny from a hotel, was acquitted. The civil calendar contains one special and two common jury cases. A breach of promise case set down for hearing has been settled _ by the parties marrying during the holidays.
