THE REGATTA.
At a meeting of the Regatta Committee held last night at the Criterion Hotel it was decided that a procession of competing boats should start from the breakwater at 10.o0a.in. and a gun fired from the lighthouse at 10 a.m. should be the signal for the boats to assemble.
