Mr Hamersley for plaintiff; Mr Jameson for defendant. Mr Jameson applied for an adjournment which was granted. White r Green—Claim £ll7 17s 9d for services rendered. Mr White, for the defendant now intimated that the case, which a short time since was submitted to arbitration, was not yet settled. It was therefore adjourned pending the result of arbitration. IN BANKRUPTCY. Be Richard Rees, a debtor. Mr Ormsby applied for an order of discharge. Granted. Be Michael O’Connor, a debtor.
