[Hkdter’s Agency.j Assembly of Parliament. London, Nov. 23. Parliament has been summoned to meet for the despatch of business on January 6th. The Millenium Promised. Earl Granville, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, made a speech at Hanley in which he stated it was impossible that the present condition of Ireland could long continue, and that Government intended to introduce measures dealing with present disorders and providing for the future happiness of Irishmen generally. Mint Sauce Demanded. Hanlon, the Canadian oarsman and Champion, is now willing to row Laycock for £2OO. Laycock is seeking help to enable him to make a match. Beef-eaters on the Alert.
