It is hereby notified that no duly proved creditors having attended or been represented at the first meeting of the creditors of the above-named debtor or at the adjournment thereof I have appointed William Zicsler of Timaru a certificated accountant in bankruptcy to be creditors’ trustee of the estate and effects of the above-named debtor and he has in writing accepted the same.
