[Reuter’s Agency.] Rival Reformers. Melbourne, Oct. 28. In the Legislative Council last night a Bill introduced by Sir Charles Shulen, one of the Members of the Council, for a reform of Constitution was read a second time. It is expected that Mr Murray Smith will lead the Opposition in the Assembly after the departure of Mr Service for England. The Kelly Drama, The trial of Ned Kelly has commenced, further postponement having been refused.
