Information has been received tbat four chiefs of the Albanian league, who have taken a prominent pari in the agitation against the cession of Dulcigno, have died at Scutari. It is believed that they have been poisoned. Another Dulcigno Difficulty The Montenegrin authorities have informed the delegates of the Bowers at Cettinge that they cannot consent to the Porte’s proposal that the Montenegrin troops should enter Dulcigno three hours after it has been evacuated by the Turks, but tbat they must insist on a formal transfer of the town. The Porte lias been informed of the Montenegrin demand, and is now further considering w liatstops to take in making the cession. The Greek Frontier Question London, Oct. 22. The Times, in a leading article to-day referring to the Turko-Grcek frontier question, says that England will not be prepared to assist Greece alone to obtain the required extension of territory should the other Powers decline to force Turkey to agree to the line of demarcation fixed by the Berlin Conference. Earthquake in Spain Madrid, Oct. 22. A heavy shock of earthquake was experienced throughout Spain and Portugal to-day, but no damage to property was caused.
