The ZCyeburn WturderrTrial. Dunedin, Oct. 7. The trial of Ah Lee and Lee Guy for the Kyeburn murder was commenced this morning. Mrßowlatt defends the former and Mr McDermott the latter. The prisoner’s counsel challenged seven jurors, and the crown one. The trial is likely to extend into next week, as the interpretation proceeds slowly. Later. Counsel for the defence having agreed to dispense with an interpretation the the case will be very mush curtailed.
