[Reuter's Agency.] Victorian Politics. Melbourne, Oct. 1. The Legislative Council last night rejected the payment of its own members, but passed the clauses of the Bill pro viding for payment to members of the Assembly. A further animated debate took place in the Assembly last night, regarding the recent dismissals from the public service. The Totalisator Bill was road a third time. Parliament was adjourned to the 19th October, when the budget will be presented. KTcw South Wales booking- ITp. Sydney, Oet. 1. The revenue of New South Wales for last, quarter amounted to £1,22-1,000, being an increase of £197,000 compared with last year. Satisfactory increases are shown in nearly all sources of revenue.
