A report has been received that the Albanians set fire to the town of Dulcigno, and that (lie place has been burned to the ground. The rumor requires confirmation. Intentions of the Great Powers. The Ambassadors of the Great Powers have signed a protocol declaring the solidity of their Governments in regard to the strict execution of the Treaty of Berlin, and repudiating the idea that they have any desire in the direction ot aggrandisement of territory. Garibaldi Disgusted. Pome, Sept. 20. General Garibaldi has resigned his position as a member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies, and has addressed a letter to the electors, in which he says he feels the country is suffering from an oppression which he is powerless to arrest. The Cape War. Lon nox, Sept. GO. News lias been received from the Cape that the Basil tos again attacked the station at Mohales, but were repulsed by the Cape Mounted Pities. A relieving force has arrived in Basutoland from Natal. Metallic Monster. Napi.es, Sept. 30. The new Italian ironclad Italia, 14,000 tons, and clad with armor, three feet thick, was successfully launched at Castellauiarc yesterday.
