[RliUTEii’s AGENCY.] Payment of Decembers. Mhluouune, Sept. 10. In the Legislative Assembly last night-
the question of payment of members was carried by a majority of 42 to 20. All amendments which were proposed were negatived. TUe Hoblnson Race Meeting. Sir Hercules Robinson is expected to arrive here on Wednesday. There are excellent entries for the race meeting in honor of Sir H. Robinson. important Insurance Case. An appeal is now being heard in the Supreme Court in the case Hew Zealand Insurance Company v. the South British Company, in which a verdict was given for plaintiffs.
