THE PIGEON RACE.
The pigeon flying match in connection with the Christchurch Annual Poultry Show took place yesterday. The birds were liberated in Timaru as already stated at 10 a.m. to the minute, and arrived in Christchurch in the following order and time : Mr G. A. Macquarie’s hrs. inns. secs.
