Sir F. D. Fell promised, that the final report of 1 lie Native Commissioner would shortly be settled.
Air AVhitakcr said the Government, had directed Air J3inn, Alining Inspector, to report whether men have to be carried helpless out of the Shag Point mine owing to bad ventilation.
The Impounding Bill was read a third time.
On the motion of Air Alantell, the A.loorehonse Service’s Hecognition Bill was thrown, out, ‘1 voting for the Bill and 17 against it. The committal of the Deceased Wife’s Sister Bill, was postponed to .July Ist, for which, date Air Alenzies gave notice for a call, of the Council.
