CRICKET.

[By Caere.] London, May 13. The Australian cricketers are playing a three days’ match at Southampton against eighteen gentlemen players of Hampshire. The weather is very fine. The Australian team went in first, and scored 250. Their playing was much admired. The top score was made by Mr Murdoch, with 97 runs, caught out; Mr Boyle, 50, also caught. The English team went in and have two wickets down for 43 runs.
