Turkish Consternation. Constantinopi,e, April 17. Said Pasha, the Grand Yizier, has advised ths Sultan to summon the Turkish Parliament, but it is not yet known whether the advice has been complied with. Alleged massacre. Calcutta, .April 19. —Trustworthy intelligence has been received that a force of Pathans had massacred a party of British at Quettah, including one officer, and blocked the road between Quettah and Candahar. A detachment of troops has been ordered from Candahar to Quettah to operate against the Pathans.
