[Peuter’s Agency.] A Missing: Ship. Melbourne, April 14. Considerable anxiety is felt concerning the ship Iron Duke, now 116 days out, and no signs of her arrival. She left London on December 21st. Political. The Hon. James Service, Premier 9 addressed his constituents last night. In the course of his address he said that his programme would bo unchanged. The question of the reform of the Constitution would he the first introduced in Parliament. He was confident his measure would be carried through during the coming session. Mr Service intimated that a further reinstatement of “Black Wednesday” victims would be made in instances where the dismissals were proved to have been unjust.

Bkishank, April 15. —Mr Mcll M’raith, the Premier, M’ho is now at Home, telegraphs that he is unable to leave London until May. Parliament is therefore postponed until July. Re-Assembling. Adelaide, April 15.—The Sbu4& Australian Parliament will meet for the despatch of business on the 21st of May.
