QUARTERLY LICENSING COURT.
TOWN EDITION.
[Before 11. Beetham, T. W. Hall, and H. Belfield, Esqs., Commissioners. The quarterly Licensing Court, for the Timaru district, was held to-day at the Resident Magistrate’s Court. APPLICATIONS FOR TRANSFER OF LICENSES. Mr Jameson applied that the temporary transfer of license from A. McLeod of the Railway Hotel, Albury, to G. G. Palmer, might be confirmed. The application was granted. Mr Jameson then applied that the temporary transfer of the license of the Hibernian Hotel, Timaru, from TO’Driscoll to T. Sugrue, might be confirmed. This application was also granted. The Court then adjourned.
