Melbourne, March 20.—With reference to yesterday’s telegram regarding the New Zealand Railway Commission and Mr Ilingginbotham, late En-gineer-in-Chief for Railways, it is now understood that the new Ministry have offered, and Mr Higgingbotham has accepted, a reappointment to his former office.
