[Eeuter’s Agency.] Sympathy with Ireland. Sydney, Jan. 12, At a crowded meeting this evening, £2OOO were subscribed towards the Irish Relief Fund. A committee was formed. Shipping Casualty. Brisbane. Jau. 12. —The ship Scottish Knight, from Gladstone (Queensland) to London, struck on a shoal at Sandy Cape on Friday last, and according to the latest reports she was in a sinking condition, and had to be beached to save the lives of those on board.
