[Reuter’s Agency.] Sepublican Re-organisation in France. London, Jan. 12. —Sweeping changes are being made in the French War Department, only staunch Republican Generals being given commands. Similar changes are imminent in other departments. No general amnesty will be proclaimed, but separate pardons will be granted to the remaining Communists. There is much latent irritation in France, caused by comments in the German Press on French politics. Another Attempt on Samoa. A Berlin company are succeeding Godeft’roy, with a capital of eight million marks.
