[Eeuter’s Agency.] MELBOURNE, Dec. 6The ’question whether Government obtained an absolute statutory majority has been submitted by Government to five of the Queen’s Counsel. A decision is expected on Monday. Dec. 6. A deputation of Lincolnshire farmers have arrived here per the Norfolk. They intend to inspect land in New Zealand with a view to settlement.
