TIMABO—THIS DAY. [Before E. Beetham, Esq., E.M.] LARCENY. John Neill Chamberlain, charged with the larceny of a watch from a dwelling at Fairlie Creek in March, 1877, was remanded for eight days on the application of the Inspector of Police. CIVIL CASES. Judgment went by default in the following cases: —Murphy v. Coonihan, claim £8 12s 6d; same v. Allprcss, claim £I; Howley v. Shrimpton, claim £1 ; Hatnersley v. Wiggs, claim £37 18s 9d. The other cases heard were as follows : Crawfurd v. Muller, claim £2O. Adjourned till December 19. Green v. Long, claim £lo.—Adjourned till 9th inst. S. Ivcyser v. Butler —Claim £2 Ms Bcl. Judgment for plaintiff for 255, without costs.
