NARROW ESCAPE FROM DROWNING.
[By Teleokaph.] DUNEDIN, Dec. I. Charles De L. Graham, shipping reporter at Port Chalmers,' narrowly escaped a watery grave last evening through accidentally falling out of a boat, which was carrying him from the ship Hcrmione. He was rescued by a waterman.
