Beef on sale
The third annual combined beef breeders sale is to be held at Alan Whale's property on Thursday. Up for auction will be about 30 bulls, mostly stud animals, including Charolais, Simmental and Hereford bulls, from seven different local breeders. Mr Whale said he instigated the sale to bring breeders and buyers together to create some interest in the region amongst buyers.
