Warrants for arrest
James Edward Boy Keelan, 37, of Ruatoria, was to have appeared (for a second time) on charges of burglary and theft committed at a dwelling house on SH4 on 27 April. When he failed to appear last month a warrant for arrest was issued and when he again failed to appear last Thursday, another warrant for arrest was issued.
