REAP team expands

The Ruapehu Rural Education Activi1 ties Programme (REAP) team has recently increased its staffing numbers with the I appointment of a promotions officer, I Shirley Howard. This part-time position was created to I promote REAP and to inform the wider I community of the aims, activities and I achievements of Ruapehu REAP.

Shirley intends to maintain a high profile within the REAP region and to promote the services offered by REAP. She will write regular REAP Raves for local newspapers, newsletters, media releases and develop promotional material. Shirley said she is looking forward to being a part of the REAP team and the challenge this new position offers.
