Money machines?
• Wake up Waimarino, and wipe the volcanic ash out of your eyes. Now we have the wise ones (?) from bulldust castle calling fora rates increase. | What has gone wrong with our fantastic money machines? Have they broken down (Ruapehu Construction and the expensive newmetal pit)? When the RCL directors announced a loss a few months ago they said 'don't worry mate she'll be right in a couple ofyears'. We should apply the same formula to the rates, and hold them until our money machines turn a profit. Or will it be the people on fixed incomes that will have to cut out the bread and jam for tea and tighten their belts another notch.
