Grateful helicopter rescuee

Stuart McNie, at left, is pictured with one ofhis rescuers, Trans Rail Rescue Helicopter pilot Guy Beange. Mr McNie was flown by helicopter from his Orautoha farm to Wanganui February last year after suffering a broken femur as a result of a fall off his all-terrain vehicle. Mr McNie took the opportunity to meet and thank Mr Beange at the recent demonstration of the rescue service at Raetihi.
