• On 28 January aTurangi man was arrested in Ohakune for driving while disqualified, he was bailed to appear at Ohakune District Court on 13 February. • On 28 January aTurangi woman was arrested on warrant for failing to appear and was bailed to appear at the Ohakune District Court this month. • On 30 January police were called to an alleged stabbing at a house in Raetihi. Enquiries revealed the woman had an epileptic fit while holding a knife and cut herself. • On the morning of 1 February, police were called to a house in Raetihi after reports of windows being smashed. Three youths were apprehended after smashing 1 1 windows at a house in Grey Street. All three have been dealt with by Youth Aid. • On afternoon of 1 February a 30 year old Raetihi man was arrested after refusing to leave a house in Queen Street, Raetihi. He will appear at the Ohakune District Court this month, charged with trespass. • On 2 February a burglary was reported of a house in Bracken Street, Ohakune. The house was broken into over the past week. It is unknown at this stage what was stolen.
