Ruapehu College staff changes
Mr Milne leaves after 10 years in design and graphics to take up a new position in the manual area of Ohakune Primary School. MrTaylor obtained promotion to assistant principal and joined Mr Parker at Patea High School. Ms Williams is to marry Mr Taylor and settle in Patea. Three staff members are taking a year's leave: Mrs Chapman will further her skills in the computer studies area; and Mr and Mrs Buck, after 19 years' service, have felt it was time for a break. Two new members joined at the start of Term 4: Mr Swart, with his wife and two children come from South Africa and he takes up the "position of geography and social studies; Mr Ranchhod has transferred from Palmerston North to* teach in the science and mathematics area.
