Anne Vincent, Martin Dekker and Celeste Ventura work on the garden on the corner of the Cedar Mall walkway recently. A group of mall shop keepers and their friends decided to make the garden a community project, offering everyone the opportunity to get involved in its growth. Some folk choose to give elbow grease while others donated plants.
