Hero's portrait on loan

Army museum curatdr Captain Lindsay Amner slands with a portrait of one of New ZealantPsmostgattantwar heroes f Captain Charles Upham VC and Bar. The portrait was painted by one of New Zeafand's premier portrait painters, Archibald Nicoll , in 1 946 and was commissioned by Lincoln University. The portrait is on loan to the Army museum for the upcoming Citizen to Citizen - The Story of Captain Charles Upham VC and Bar ' exhibition which will be opened in December.
