Taupo candidates

With nominations for the general election due to close tomorrow, only one official nomination had been received, for the incumbent Labour candidate Mark Burton, by the returning offieer of the Taupo Electorate. However, he said he knew of several people who would be nominated. They were: Sheryl Cadman for the Alliance, David Dick for McGillicudy Serious, Adrian Dixon for Act, John McCarth.y for National, Ian Peters for New Zealand First, and Boby Vine for Conservative. Mr Duffy said a nomination for a Natural Law party candidate was also possible.
