Waimarino Golf Club results for Sunday 8 September: A field of 29 enjoyed pleasant conditions with some good scores. The women saw Faith Wise with 41 points winning followed by Jill Lane
on 39 and Gillian White on 34. Junior men: Terry Geraghty with 43 followed by Dwayne Marsh 41 and Mike Fraser 37 were the winners. Senior Men: Neil Black 42, Andrew Murdie and Jim Corbett with 41, \Vayne Marsh, Pat Goldfinch 39, John Hammond, GrahamLind.Bryce Henry on 38. The Roarers Mug went to Terry along with the Junior Birdsnest. Lucky No. 70 was collected by Ken Crossan. Players are asked to make
an effort and keep up to date with matches. And reminded that the second round of the club champs is next week, followed by the 36-hole stroke play on 22 September and King Country on 4, 5 and 6 October.
