Reunion

WATSON FAMILY REUNION. Descendants of John & Emma Ann WATSON, nee YOUNG, at Renwick i n M arlborough on 11&12 October 1996. John & Emma arrived on the "Clifton" in 1842 with children John Jnr, David, George Henry, and Sydney Young. Ninemore children were born in New Zealand: Isabella (McINTYRE); Charles Henry; William; Sarah Jane (LETT); Walter Samuel; Emma Ann (LETT); Samuel; Margaret Margery (SEXTON); and Rose. Sarah and Emma married brothers Charles and John LETT. The WATSON family lived for many years on Mount Victoria overlooking the Wellington harbour where John was a printer.
