Ohakune badminton

The Ohakune B adminton Club held it's annual general meeting on Monday 25 March with a new group of officers being elected. Voted in as president was Greg Newell; treasurer/secretary Cathy Cranston and Katrina Marsh; junior committee Jocelyn and Colin Cranston. Subs were set at $10 college, $20 single adult, and $30 family plus $ 1 a night shuttle fee. Casual players or non-members will now pay $3 a night. Players are encouraged to bring their own rackets from now on. With a new group ofkeen young college committee members, it is hoped to bring in new ideas and more

members. Club nights are Mondays 7.30-9pm, new players welcome. Juniors start after the Easter holidays.
