Lease of Waiouru station okayed
A Waiouru business was given the go-ahead to negotiate a sub-lease for the Waiouru railway station with the Ruapehu District Council at the February community board meeting. A representative of Westlome Limited had approached Council with a proposal to use the station as a small workshop, shop and cafe.
