East - West handicap: 1 D Bennett and T Bennett 68.19; 2 E Goldfinch and G Whale 59.60; 3 M Comwall and B Hammond 56.10. After 20 boards Brian and Ron won outright, proving that Brian had fully recovered from his serious bout of sea sickness from his last fishing trip! Doug and Tephany also won the east-west outright increasing their margin after handicapping.
