Last week's Bulletin story regarding the Te Iwi Waiata contained some errors. One of the sponsor's names, Margaret Black, was spelt incorrectly, and Brendon Morgan (whose surname is not 'Edmonds') was compere for the evening. The funds raised, $435, was from raffles and cake stalls and not from the sponsors as stated, whose contributions came later. Additional information has also now been Supplied about the evening: Other people to entertain along with Mathew Mowat were Carl Perkins, Arvil Wallace, Priscilla Richards and others, from the Maungarongo Marae. The money raised was spent on running the talent quest.
