Kings Court auction hammer silent
Auction bidding for Kings Court lodge failed to reach reserve price on Saturday, but negotiations with potential buyers is continuing, auctioneer Lew Mcllory of Olsen Everson said yesterday. The Ohakune Junction ski lodge complex was the subject of an auction on Saturday. Mr Mcllory said they were negotiating with three potential buyers. He said a small group of onlookers turned out to the auction, "about a dozen", including bidders.
