Steven Leon Hagley, 24, garden worker of Ohakune, was remanded for a defended hearing on 10 August after pleading not guilty to a charge of "obstructing the course of justice by concealing the fact that he was the driver of a motor vehicle which was involved in an accident on 8 June thus avoiding a drinkdriveinvestigation".
