Family with the blues
'Coroblues' , originally a family band based in Coroglen, now working from Auckland, is coming to Hot Lava nightclub in Ohakune this week. Based around the Lee family, Vikaso, (flute & bass) and her sons Raman (drums/ vocal) and Jorma (guitar), 'Coroblues' now includes .Cadzow Cossar (guitar) and Andrea Saunders (vocals). Along with Coromandel-rock originals from the Lees and Cadzow' s songs, 'Coroblues' cover a wide range of Woodstock-era songs from Canned Heat, Santana, Jimmi Hendrix, Janis Joplin and Led Zeppelin, as well as many contemporary songs.
