Winter meetings of the Waimarino Art & Crafts Society have started with a pottery session at their Trackside Rooms , Ohakune Junction under the tuition

of David Squires. Because of the stable financial position of the Society, it was agreed at the AGM that subscriptions should remain at $2. New members are wel-

come. Officers elected: president Ann Gardner, treasurer Hazel Wallace, secretary David Squires. The next meeting is to be Tuesday 23 May 10am.
