SALE OF LIQUOR ACT 1989 SECTION 9 (4) Turoa Ski Resort Limited has made application to the Ruapehu Licensing Agency at Taumarunui for the grant of an OnLicence in respect of the premises situated at Turoa, Mt Ruapehu and known as the Giant Cafe. The general nature of the business to be conducted under the Licence is a Restaurant. It is intended to sell and supply liquor to persons present on the premises for the purpose of dining and to any other person who is present on the premises. The days on which and the hours during which liquor is intended to be sold underthe licence are - from Monday to Sunday inclusive from 1 May to 30 November between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6p.m. The Application may be inspected during the ordinary office hours at the office of the District Licensing Agency at the Ruapehu District Council, Taumarunui. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the grant of the application may, not later than 10 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Agency at Private Bag 1001, Taumarunui.
