Turoa Tumblers recreational gym

TuroaTumblers had a fun time during the last term of 1994. The club finished the year off with a combined gym-

nastics display by the competitive group and a barbecue. Numbers dropped during the third term but those who did attend enjoyed gym and received awards for their efforts. Apologies were expressed by organisers for the cups that weren't given out. The club looks forward to a good start to the year. As from today, Tuesday 7 February, gym is at the Turoa Tumblers Lodge in Miro Street as the college gym is being painted. Times will be the same as last year — 3.30 to 5pm. "Coralie and myself would like to thank everyone for their support during the term," said representative Margaret Bennellick. "I would like to thank our coach Coralie for helping out with the small number of children we had attending and especially to the two who took their time out to come from Taihape," she added. Anyone who wants to join gym can ring Margaret Bennellick on 385-9294
