Mountains agreement
There are some who think of ski field operators and conservationists as being poles apart, with one set wanting to build lifts all over our mountains and the others wanting to keep things as pristine as possible in the park. Well, we can confirm that they can reach agreement: Turoa Ski Fields general manager Angus Grimwade and Ohakune conservation officer Karen Hawke have agreed to be married.
