Principal move
Ruapehu College principal Harry Cast is on the move and is to take up a position as principal at Waitotara High School, just north of New Plymouth, which is a 500-pupil school. Mr Cast said the change in job was a promotion. He starts at the school at the start of the first term next year. Mr Cast served as principal at Ruapehu for six years, following two years as deputy principal.
